INGREDIENTS:
For Marination (A)—
- 300g Paneer Cubes
- 1 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
For Preparation (B)—
- Marinated and Sautèd Paneer
- Wheat Rotis
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Mustard sauce
- Shredded cabbage
- Chat masala
- Sliced Capsicum
- Sliced Onion
METHOD:
For Marination—
- For Marination, mix all the ingredients above (A) to form the marinated paste
- Now add paneer and coat evenly.
- Keep the marinated paneer in refrigerator for about 2-3 hours
- Remove from the refrigerator and sautè in a non-stick pan very gently so that the paneer does not break.
For Preparation—
- Make wheat rotis for the Frankie.
- Apply ghee or butter to roast the roti on a tava. While roasting, remember to keep the rotis soft and not crisp.
- Spread Mayonnaise and Mustard sauce (according to your preference) on roti
- In the centre of the roti, put sliced onions, capsicums and cabbage
- Add Tandoor Paneer on the veggies
- Sprinkle some chat masala
- Roll the rotis in a Frankie shape
