INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 plums
- 300ml water
- rock salt
- sugar
METHOD:
- Boil 3-4 plums in 300ml water
- Once boiled, remove the skin and seed of the plums (use the water for the juice, do not throw it)
- In a jar, add boiled plums and its water, rock salt and sugar
- Add rock salt and sugar as per your taste
- Blend all together
- Chill in refrigerator
