Just Delish!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup boiled and crushed corn
- 2 mashed potatoes
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 medium capsicum finely chopped
- 1-2 bread slices into crumbs
- 1/2 cup boiled corn
- 2 tsp. chilli-ginger paste
- 1 tbsp. besan (gram flour)
- 1 tsp. chat masala
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 tsp. aamchur powder
- Salt as per taste
METHOD:
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in it. Make a nice mixture. You can add more bread crumbs if the mixture is not binding together.
- Once you prepare the dough like mixture, roll them into balls to give it a shape of a tikki.
- Put oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is heated shallow fry the tikki on both the sides till it becomes nice and brown.
- Remove the tikkis in a serving plate.
Best when served hot with chutney or sauce of your choice. Enjoy the tikki with your near and dear ones.
