Choco-Walnut Brownie

Eggless and Microwave Brownie!!
Cooking Time less than 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 250g melted chocolate (dark+milk)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup curds
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl, mix butter and powdered sugar till creamy
  2. In a Microwave safe bowl, add chocolate pieces and melt the chocolate.
  3. Add melted chocolate to the butter and sugar mixture and mix lightly.
  4. Add curds, vanilla essence, walnuts into the chocolate mixture
  5. Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda into the mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased microwave proof bowl.
  7. Tap the batter 8-10 times to remove the air bubbles
  8. Bake at Microwave high for 3 minutes
  9. Reduce to 80% and Microwave for another 1 minute.
  10. Remove the brownie from microwave and keep it aside.
  11. Now Preheat the microwave on Convection(Oven+Grill) mode at 220 °C for 5 minutes.
  12. Bake the brownie again in the preheated microwave for 3 minutes on Convection mode at 220°C.
  13. Remove from microwave and let it cool.
  14. Cut into square pieces
