Eggless and Microwave Brownie!!
Cooking Time less than 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 250g melted chocolate (dark+milk)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup curds
- 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
METHOD:
- In a bowl, mix butter and powdered sugar till creamy
- In a Microwave safe bowl, add chocolate pieces and melt the chocolate.
- Add melted chocolate to the butter and sugar mixture and mix lightly.
- Add curds, vanilla essence, walnuts into the chocolate mixture
- Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased microwave proof bowl.
- Tap the batter 8-10 times to remove the air bubbles
- Bake at Microwave high for 3 minutes
- Reduce to 80% and Microwave for another 1 minute.
- Remove the brownie from microwave and keep it aside.
- Now Preheat the microwave on Convection(Oven+Grill) mode at 220 °C for 5 minutes.
- Bake the brownie again in the preheated microwave for 3 minutes on Convection mode at 220°C.
- Remove from microwave and let it cool.
- Cut into square pieces
