INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Boiled Sweet Corn Kernels
- 1 slice Bread crumbs
- 1-2 tsp Red Chilli flakes
- 2-3 tsp Oregano
- 1 Cube Grated cheese
- Wheat Chapati/Roti dough for 2 parathas
- Ghee (or oil)
METHOD:
- Boil sweet corn, strain and wrap in a cloth for about 10 minutes so that excess water is absorbed. Then crush the corn in the mixer.
- Mix all the ingredients (Crushed corn, red chilli flakes, oregano,bread crumbs and grated cheese)
- Add salt as per taste. (Note: cheese also has salt so add accordingly)
- If the mixture is still moist add more bread crumbs.
- Now take a big chapati/roti dough ball roll it into a thick roti.
- Stuff the corn mixture and roll again into a thin paratha.
- Roast the paratha in ghee or oil. Ghee is preferred.
- Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
