Cheese Corn Paratha

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Boiled Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 1 slice Bread crumbs
  • 1-2 tsp Red Chilli flakes
  • 2-3 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Cube Grated cheese
  • Wheat Chapati/Roti dough for 2 parathas
  • Ghee (or oil)

METHOD:

  1. Boil sweet corn, strain and wrap in a cloth for about 10 minutes so that excess water is absorbed. Then crush the corn in the mixer.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (Crushed corn, red chilli flakes, oregano,bread crumbs and grated cheese)
  3. Add salt as per taste. (Note: cheese also has salt so add accordingly)
  4. If the mixture is still moist add more bread crumbs.
  5. Now take a big chapati/roti dough ball roll it into a thick roti.
  6. Stuff the corn mixture and roll again into a thin paratha.
  7. Roast the paratha in ghee or oil. Ghee is preferred.
  8. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
