INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered white sugar
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. curds
- 1 3/4th cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1 tsp baking powder
METHOD:
- Cream butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar together into a fluffy mixture with a Whisk (Note: If brown sugar is not available, substitute it with powdered white sugar of the same quantity)
- Then add curds and milk. Mix well
- Now using a spatula, add maida (in 2 parts) and baking powder
- Keep the dough in fridge for 30 minutes
- Remove from fridge and shape the cookies
- Add toppings of your choice (Suggestions: Rainbow Sprinkles, Chocolate Chunks, Roasted Almonds)
- Preheat the oven at 180°C
- Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes at 180°C
