Eggless Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered white sugar
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. curds
  • 1 3/4th cup all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

METHOD:

  1. Cream butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar together into a fluffy mixture with a Whisk (Note: If brown sugar is not available, substitute it with powdered white sugar of the same quantity)
  2. Then add curds and milk. Mix well
  3. Now using a spatula, add maida (in 2 parts) and baking powder
  4. Keep the dough in fridge for 30 minutes
  5. Remove from fridge and shape the cookies
  6. Add toppings of your choice (Suggestions: Rainbow Sprinkles, Chocolate Chunks, Roasted Almonds)
  7. Preheat the oven at 180°C
  8. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes at 180°C
