INGREDIENTS:
For Homemade Mayonnaise—
- 1 cup Hung Curd
- 1/2 tbsp. Mustard Sauce
- 20-25 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tsp. Mixed Herbs
- 1 tsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. powdered sugar
For Preparation—
- Homemade Mayonnaise
- 2 medium Grated Carrot
- 1/4 cup crushed/shredded Cabbage
- 10-15 sliced Black Olives
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green capsicum
- Bread Slices
METHOD:
For Hung Curd—
- Hang curds in a cloth for 4-5 hours
- Keep it in the refrigerator so that it doesn’t get sour
For Homemade Mayonnaise—
- Mix hung curd, mustard sauce, crushed garlic, mixed herbs, powdered sugar and olive oil. Add salt as per taste. (Note: This can also be used as salad dressing, spread etc.)
For Preparation—
- For the filling, mix crushed cabbage, grated carrot, chopped capsicum and black olives into the homemade mayonnaise.
- Spread the filling between two bread slices to make a sandwich. (Note: Serve the sandwich immediately or else it will get soggy)
