Pan-Fried Bread Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bread slices
  • Tomato ketchup/sauce
  • Coriander chutney
  • Butter
  • Potatoes (Boiled and mashed)

METHOD:

  1. Cut off the bread’s edges.
  2. Arrange three slices in a row. Apply water with finger tips on the edge of the bread. Immediately join the edge of other slice. Roll it gently with rolling pin. (refer the video). Repeat the procedure with the third slice.
  3. Apply butter to all the slices.
  4. Then apply coriander chutney on the butter.
  5. Now put boiled and mashed potato. (Note: Do not put salt in potato)
  6. Last apply tomato sauce/ketchup. (Note: You can also use Chilli Tomato sauce)
  7. Now roll the breads very gently
  8. Wrap the rolls in a plastic wrap.
  9. Keep the rolls in the fridge for about an hour.
  10. Remove from fridge and cut into equal slices
  11. Apply butter on both the sides of the slice and pan-fry it.
  12. Serve hot
