Eggless Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sponge cake
  • Sweetened Whipped cream
  • Coffee dissolved in water
  • Chocolate sprinklers
  • Dry fruit chikki (crushed)

METHOD:

  1. For coffee water – Dissolve  1 tbsp of coffee powder in 3 tbsp of water. ( you can change the proportion as per your taste)
  2. Mix 2-3 spoons of coffee water in whipped cream.
  3. In a glass, put a base layer of cake, soak it with coffee water. Now add a layer of coffee whipped cream on the top. Sprinkle dry fruit chikki.
  4. Now repeat Step 3.
  5. Now decorate with chocolate sprinklers.
  6. Refrigerate for an hour. Serve chilled.
