INGREDIENTS:
- Sponge cake
- Sweetened Whipped cream
- Coffee dissolved in water
- Chocolate sprinklers
- Dry fruit chikki (crushed)
METHOD:
- For coffee water – Dissolve 1 tbsp of coffee powder in 3 tbsp of water. ( you can change the proportion as per your taste)
- Mix 2-3 spoons of coffee water in whipped cream.
- In a glass, put a base layer of cake, soak it with coffee water. Now add a layer of coffee whipped cream on the top. Sprinkle dry fruit chikki.
- Now repeat Step 3.
- Now decorate with chocolate sprinklers.
- Refrigerate for an hour. Serve chilled.
