Strawberry Mousse

3-Ingredients Only!!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g chopped White Chocolate
  • 8-10 fresh strawberries
  • 8-10 fresh finely chopped strawberries
  • 100g fresh cream

METHOD:

  1. Crush the strawberries into a puree
  2. In a heavy bottom vessel, heat fresh cream
  3. Once fresh cream is heated, turn off the heat and add chopped white chocolate
  4. After white chocolate melts, add strawberry puree. Mix well
  5. Add some finely chopped strawberries
  6. In a dessert bowl, add finely chopped strawberries at the base
  7. Pour some strawberry mousse in the bowl
  8. Cover the dessert bowl with a plastic wrap (cling film)
  9. Refrigerate the mousse for 3-4 hours
  10. Decorate mousse with sliced strawberries, strawberry jam or strawberry puree
