3-Ingredients Only!!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g chopped White Chocolate
- 8-10 fresh strawberries
- 8-10 fresh finely chopped strawberries
- 100g fresh cream
METHOD:
- Crush the strawberries into a puree
- In a heavy bottom vessel, heat fresh cream
- Once fresh cream is heated, turn off the heat and add chopped white chocolate
- After white chocolate melts, add strawberry puree. Mix well
- Add some finely chopped strawberries
- In a dessert bowl, add finely chopped strawberries at the base
- Pour some strawberry mousse in the bowl
- Cover the dessert bowl with a plastic wrap (cling film)
- Refrigerate the mousse for 3-4 hours
- Decorate mousse with sliced strawberries, strawberry jam or strawberry puree
