Ginger Cookies

Merry Christmas🎄🎁❄🎅

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g Maida
  • 100g Butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. Cinammom powder
  • 1 tsp. Ginger Powder
  • Pinch of salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Curds

METHOD:

  1. Cream Butter, Honey & Brown Sugar together
  2. Add Curds and Milk. Mix well
  3. Add Cinammon Powder, Ginger Powder, Salt and Pepper (Spices)
  4. Sieve Maida, Baking Soda & Baking Powder Into the mixture
  5. Combine all the ingredients to form the Cookie Dough
  6. (Note: Dough will be ready when it will not stick to the sides of the vessel)
  7. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerator for 30 min
  8. Form small balls of the dough. Press them gently to give it a shape
  9. Preheat and Bake at 180°C for 12-15mins
  10. Let them cool for 10mins
