Mava Cake

No egg No Mava!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Curd
  • 60g Melted Butter
  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4tsp Baking Soda
  • Elaichi Powder
  • Roasted Almonds

METHOD:

  1. Whisk melted butter and condensed milk together
  2. Add curds and vanilla essence
  3. Add elaichi powder as per your taste
  4. Sieve Maida, Baking Powder, Baking Soda into the wet ingredients
  5. Fold all ingredients well to form the batter
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake mould
  7. Tap the batter 8-10 times to remove the air bubbles
  8. Add some roasted almonds on top of the cake batter
  9. Preheat and Bake at 180°C for 25-30mins
  10. Remove from oven and let it cool
