INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Jowar or Bajra flour
- 3/4 cup finely chopped Methi (Fenugreek) leaves
- 1/2 cup Curds
- 8-10 garlic crushed
- 1 green chilli crushed
- 2 tbsp Jaggery
- Red chilli powder
- Haldi / Turmeric powder
- Carrom seeds / Ajwain
- Salt as per taste
- 1-2 tsp ghee
METHOD:
- Mix jaggery and curds (dissolve)
- Mix all the above ingredients and make a dough
- Make equal balls
- Roll each ball in a paratha shape
- Roast on a tawa using oil
- Apply ghee and serve hot with curds or pickle
