Crossaints

INGREDIENTS:

  • Basic Bread Dough (using 1 cup of maida)
  • Strawberry Jam
  • Butter
  • Nutella
  • Chocolate Chunks
  • Melted Chocolate

METHOD:

  1. Grease the surface and roll the dough in a rectangular shape
  2. Cut the rectangle into a few triangles (refer the video)
  3. On one triangle, apply your preferred filling for the crossiant (some fillings listed above)
  4. Roll the triangle from the broader end towards the narrower end (refer the video)
  5. Apply butter on each croissant
  6. Keep aside for 30mins (proving)
  7. Preheat the oven at 180C and bake for 25-30 minutes
  8. Immediately, apply butter on each vada pav or else they will become hard (Do not Skip This Step)
