INGREDIENTS:
- Basic Bread Dough (using 1 cup of maida)
- Strawberry Jam
- Butter
- Nutella
- Chocolate Chunks
- Melted Chocolate
METHOD:
- Grease the surface and roll the dough in a rectangular shape
- Cut the rectangle into a few triangles (refer the video)
- On one triangle, apply your preferred filling for the crossiant (some fillings listed above)
- Roll the triangle from the broader end towards the narrower end (refer the video)
- Apply butter on each croissant
- Keep aside for 30mins (proving)
- Preheat the oven at 180C and bake for 25-30 minutes
- Immediately, apply butter on each vada pav or else they will become hard (Do not Skip This Step)
