Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Choco chunks
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Maida /All purpose flour
  • 100 g softened butter
  • 1 tsp Vinegar

METHOD:

  1. Sieve together all dry ingredients – Maida, Powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda
  2. In a different bowl, whisk milk and butter.
  3. Then add vinegar
  4. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients (in 2-3 parts). Mix well and make sure no lumps are formed
  5. Add Chocolate Chunks
  6. Pre heat the oven and Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
