INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Choco chunks
- 1 & 1/2 cup Maida /All purpose flour
- 100 g softened butter
- 1 tsp Vinegar
METHOD:
- Sieve together all dry ingredients – Maida, Powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda
- In a different bowl, whisk milk and butter.
- Then add vinegar
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients (in 2-3 parts). Mix well and make sure no lumps are formed
- Add Chocolate Chunks
- Pre heat the oven and Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
