INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup heaped all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1 tsp wet or dry yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk powder
METHOD:
- Sieve maida and milk powder together
- Add salt as per taste. Mix well
- Make a well (refer the video) in the dry ingredients. Add yeast, sugar and lukewarm water
- Keep it for 2-3 minutes for activation of yeast (blooming of the yeast)
- After the yeast gets activated, make a soft dough
- Knead the dough using olive oil (Butter can also be used)
- Grease another bowl and keep the dough in it. Apply oil on the dough as well (refer the video)
- Cover the dough using a napkin
- Keep it aside in a warm place for 30 minutes for the dough to rise (proving method)
