INGREDIENTS:
- 60ml warm milk
- 2 tsp. instant coffee powder
- 30g melted butter
- 60g condensed milk
- 30g all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of baking soda
- chopped walnuts
METHOD:
- In a mug, add warm milk and coffee powder
- Mix in melted butter and condensed milk
- Add the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda)
- Mix well till no lumps remain
- Add some chopped walnuts
- Microwave for 2 minutes
