INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1.5 tbsp. mustard seeds
- 5-6 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 2-3 chopped chillies
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 1 tsp. haldi powder
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3-4 tbsp. garam masala
- 5-6 potatoes boiled and mashed
- bread slices
- salt as per taste
METHOD:
- In a pan, heat some oil
- Add some mustard seeds, garlic and chillies
- Once garlic turns brown, add in the coriander and curry leaves
- Next add haldi powder, garam masala and lemon juice. Mix well
- Mix in the potatoes to form the sandwich filling
- Spoon some mixture between two breads to form a sandwich (refer the video)
- You can also add some sliced onions and cheese in the sandwich (recommended)
- Toast it using a sandwich maker. Serve hot
