INGREDIENTS:
- finely chopped garlic
- finely chopped carrot
- finely chopped onions
- finely chopped green yellow and red Capsicum
- finely chopped french beans
- boiled and sliced baby corn
- sliced black olives
- 3 to 4 cups vegetable stock
- half cup boiled pasta
- 3-4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4-5 tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
- 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- salt as per taste
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic. Saute for a minute
- Add onions beans and carrots, saute for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add finely chopped bell peppers, saute a few minutes
- Add baby corn, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, chilli flakes and mixed herbs mix well
- Mix in tomato puree, tomato ketchup and vegetable stock
- Boil for few minutes then add boiled pasta and black olives
- Hot and healthy soup is ready to be served
