Garlic and Herbs Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g hung curd
  • 3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 5-6 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp. mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt as per taste

METHOD:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to make the dip
  2. Refrigerate before serving (optional)
  3. Serve with chips, nachos, lavash etc.
