INGREDIENTS:
- 100g hung curd
- 3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 5-6 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
- 1/2 tbsp. mixed herbs
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
- 1 tsp. chilli flakes
- 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt as per taste
METHOD:
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to make the dip
- Refrigerate before serving (optional)
- Serve with chips, nachos, lavash etc.
