Classic Hummus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup curds
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp water (warm)

METHOD:

  1. Grind chickpeas, curds, garlic, lemon juice, cumin powder salt and pepper.
  2. Then add in olive oil.
  3. Add warm water if required
