INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/4 cup curds
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp water (warm)
METHOD:
- Grind chickpeas, curds, garlic, lemon juice, cumin powder salt and pepper.
- Then add in olive oil.
- Add warm water if required
