Kiwi Cooler

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g chopped kiwi
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • salt as per taste
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 300ml chilled water
  • -3 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. basil seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

METHOD:

  1. In 100ml water, add 1 tsp. of basil seeds (tukmaria). After few minutes, the seeds swell up
  2. In a glass, add chopped kiwi, brown sugar, salt, mint leaves and lemon juice. Crush or muddle the kiwis
  3. Add in the basil seeds and some chilled water as well. (total 300ml)
  4. Stir thoroughly, add ice cubes if required
