INGREDIENTS:
- 100g chopped kiwi
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- salt as per taste
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 300ml chilled water
- -3 ice cubes
- 1 tsp. basil seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
METHOD:
- In 100ml water, add 1 tsp. of basil seeds (tukmaria). After few minutes, the seeds swell up
- In a glass, add chopped kiwi, brown sugar, salt, mint leaves and lemon juice. Crush or muddle the kiwis
- Add in the basil seeds and some chilled water as well. (total 300ml)
- Stir thoroughly, add ice cubes if required
