Healthy Dutch Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup oats (coarse powder)
  • salt as per taste
  • 3-4 bananas crushed
  • 1-1.5 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder
  • 200-220ml milk
  • 1/4 cup chocochips

METHOD:

  • In a bowl, add oats, salt, bananas, honey, vanilla essence and baking powder
  • Mix in the milk to make the pancake batter
  • Add in the chocochips
  • Heat oil/butter in a pan. Add a spoonful of pancake batter and cook the pancake completely
