A Quick and Healthy Recipe!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup jowari flour
- 1 cup finely chopped spring onions
- 2-3 tsp. red chilli powder
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 tsp. turmeric (haldi) powder
- Salt as per taste
METHOD:
- Mix all the ingredients in a vessel and add water as required to make a dough.
- The dough should neither be too hard nor too soft.
- Make equal balls of the dough.
- Apply some water on a plastic sheet.
- Take one ball of the dough and use your fingers to flatten it into a thick round shape.
- Shallow fry on a pan on medium-low heat. Cook untill light brown and crispy.
Serve hot with curds or homemade white butter (makhan).
