Oats Dosa

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup Grinded Oats
  • 1/4 cup Rava (Semolina)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Curds
  • Udad dal
  • Mustard seeds
  • Hing (Asafetida)

METHOD:

  1. Mix Grinded Oats, Rava, Grated carrots, Coriander leaves and curds together
  2. Add salt as per taste
  3. Add water to make dosa consistency batter
  4. For tadka, put udad dal in oil. After it turns little brown, put Mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves. (You can also add green chilli)
  5. Add the tadka in the batter and mix well
  6. Keep the batter aside for about 10 – 15 minutes
  7. Make dosas on tava
  8. Serve hot with coconut and/or tomato chutney
