INGREDIENTS:
- 400g Mushroom finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 4-5 Bread slices
- 3/4th cup Milk
- 1-2 tsp. mixed herbs
- 1-2 tsp. black pepper powder
- 1 cup finely chopped bell peppers
- 1-2 tbsp wheat flour
METHOD:
- Heat 1-2 tsp. oil in a pan and sauté bell peppers and mushrooms together till it is cooked. Keep aside.
- Put 1 tbsp of butter and roast wheat flour
- Next add sautéed bell peppers and mushrooms
- Add salt as per taste
- Add mixed herbs, black pepper powder and chilli flakes
- Mix well, then add milk (Note: you can add any cheese at this stage)
- Cook till the mixture thickens
- Now put this mixture on a bread slice and put sliced cheese (optional) on it
- Bake in the oven until the bread is toasted (10-15 mins)
