Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS:

Vegetables–

  • Diced red bell peppers
  • Diced yellow bell peppers
  • Diced green bell peppers
  • Chopped Onions
  • Boiled Pasta
  • Boiled & Sliced Baby Corn
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Sliced Black Olives
  • Sliced Green Olives
  • Jalapeños (optional)

For Salad Dressing–

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp. mixed herbs
  • 1-2 tsp. chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil

METHOD:

  1. Heat a tbsp. of oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic, sauté for 2 minutes
  2. Next add bell peppers, broccoli and onions
  3. Sauté vegetables for 3-4 minutes on high flame
  4. Add baby corn, boiled pasta, black and green olives
  5. Cook the vegetables and remove in a bowl
  6. For salad dressing; in a bowl add lemon juice, honey, salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and olive oil. Mix well
  7. Pour some dressing on the vegetables and mix well
