INGREDIENTS:
Vegetables–
- Diced red bell peppers
- Diced yellow bell peppers
- Diced green bell peppers
- Chopped Onions
- Boiled Pasta
- Boiled & Sliced Baby Corn
- Broccoli Florets
- Finely chopped garlic
- Sliced Black Olives
- Sliced Green Olives
- Jalapeños (optional)
For Salad Dressing–
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tsp. mixed herbs
- 1-2 tsp. chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
METHOD:
- Heat a tbsp. of oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic, sauté for 2 minutes
- Next add bell peppers, broccoli and onions
- Sauté vegetables for 3-4 minutes on high flame
- Add baby corn, boiled pasta, black and green olives
- Cook the vegetables and remove in a bowl
- For salad dressing; in a bowl add lemon juice, honey, salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and olive oil. Mix well
- Pour some dressing on the vegetables and mix well
