INGREDIENTS:
- 15-20 Spinach leaves blanched & chopped
- 1/2 cup boiled corn
- 1 medium capsicum chopped
- 3/4 cup small paneer cubes
- finely chopped coriander leaves
- sliced black olives
- finely chopped mint leaves
- 1/4 cup hung curd
- 1/2 tbsp. chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp. mixed herbs
- salt (if required)
- Live Charcoal + Ghee
- Bread Slices for Sandwich
METHOD:
- In a bowl, mix all the vegetables together (paneer, corn, coriander leaves, olives, spinach, capsicum, mint leaves)
- Next add hung curd, chilli flakes and mixed herbs
- In a small bowl, add live charcoal and ghee. Keep the katori inside the bowl (Refer the video)
- Keep covered for 2-3 minutes to impart smoky flavour into the mixture
- Apply butter to both sides of the bread slices
- Spoon some mixture between two breads to form a sandwich
- Toast it using a sandwich maker
- Serve hot
