INGREDIENTS:
For Garlic-Chilli Oil —
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1/2 tbsp. mustard seeds
- 1/3 cup oil (80ml)
For Dip —
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. red chilli powder
- blended paste
- salt and pepper as per taste
- garlic-chilli oil
METHOD:
For Garlic-Chilli Oil —
- In a hot pan, dry roast garlic cloves, green chillies and mustard seeds
- Once roasted, turn off the heat and add the oil
- Let it cool (the flavour infuses in the oil)
- After it cools, strain the oil
- Blend the roasted garlic, chilli and mustard seeds to make a paste (blended paste)
For Dip —
- In bowl add hung curd, sugar, lemon juice, red chilli powder, salt, pepper and blended paste. Mix well
- Add in the oil in 2-3 parts
- Mix all together to make the dip
